Iskele Motor Claim Client Feedback

Hello,

I waited a while before writing this email.
I wanted the entire process to be completed and everything to settle before sharing my thoughts. Now I can write more calmly and clearly.

Insurance is not something people usually talk about with enthusiasm.
When a policy is issued, everything seems straightforward. But when a claim happens, things often change. To be honest, I started this process with low expectations. Previous experiences with other companies had made me cautious.

The incident itself was stressful for all of us.
We were dealing with a motor insurance claim following a road traffic accident in Iskele, and in the first moments, we did not really know what to expect. As with most people, the same questions immediately came to mind:
“Will we be able to reach someone?”
“Will we be asked for endless paperwork?”
“Will this take months?”

But the process did not unfold the way we feared.

From the very first contact, we were able to reach someone immediately.
Our initial conversation with Sevil, who guided us through the motor claim process, set the tone. She listened carefully, explained the next steps clearly, and made sure we understood how the damage assessment and repair stages would work.

As the process continued, it was reassuring to know exactly who was handling what.
There was no confusion and no need to repeat ourselves. When questions arose regarding the inspection, repair timing, and documentation, the answers were clear and timely. At one point, Kerem Can personally followed up to ensure the claim was progressing smoothly, which was both unexpected and genuinely reassuring.

I would also like to extend my thanks to the independent assessor involved in the process, whose name I unfortunately cannot recall at the moment, for his professionalism and fairness throughout the assessment. In addition, special thanks to Mr. Halil and his team for repairing my car in a truly flawless manner. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding.

What stood out to me the most was this:
No one passed responsibility to someone else.

Instead of vague phrases like
“We will forward this,”
“We need to check,”
or “Let’s wait,”
there was clarity. We always knew exactly where the claim stood and who to speak to.

As the claim progressed, I realized something important:
This was not just an insurance transaction related to vehicle damage.
It was a reflection of how an institution chooses to handle responsibility when things go wrong.

Looking back today, I can say this very clearly:
Working with the right company can matter even more than the accident itself.

I wanted to thank everyone involved, especially those who remained calm, transparent, and fair throughout a stressful motor claim process. That approach made a real difference for us.

The reason for this email is not a complaint or a request.
I simply did not want this experience to go unacknowledged.
