- Discharge of Cargo at port of distress

Institute Cargo Clauses (B)
Covers Institute Cargo Clause C and also;
- Earthquake
- Washing overbroad
- Entry of Sea, lake or minor water into the vessel
- Total loss of package whilst loading or unloading from the vessel
Institute Cargo Clause A
The Clause (A) the widest form of cover for loss or damage caused by all perils described in clauses (C) and (B) and other loss or damage caused by sudden and unforseen event (All Risks)
By Air
The Institute Air Cargo, covers loss or damage caused by all perils and also any other loss or damage caused by sudden and unforseen event (All Risks)
