Chairman of the Board
Founder of Can Insurance and one of the principal architects of the Turkish Cypriot insurance structure.
As the founding president of the Turkish Cypriot Insurance Association, Mehmet Can established the institutional baseline upon which the sector operates today.
He continues to define long-term direction, preserving the company’s structural integrity and acting as the ultimate reference point of authority.
Kerem CAN
Board Member & General Manager
Responsible for execution at scale.
Kerem Can oversees the operational system of the company, including digital infrastructure, claims governance, and process control. With over 25 years of industry experience, his role is defined by enforcement of standards, speed of execution, and consistency of outcome.
Under his direction, operations are measurable, controlled, and aligned with institutional expectations.
Yeşim Ercağ

With 41 years of experience, Yeşim Ercağ maintains stability across client relations, internal processes, and service structure. Her presence ensures that institutional memory is not diluted, but actively preserved.
Songül Tosunoğlu
